Lunch: 2 pieces of Chicken thigh fillets with fried broccoli
and mushrooms.

Marinade: (for 4 pieces of chicken thigh fillets)
1/2 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice,
2 gloves of garlic (crushed)
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
a pinch of black pepper, Basil and spring onion (or chives)
2-3 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
