I just made an awesome dish today, and had to put this up as soon as I finished it. I kinda stole it from a Pampered Chef recipe. I just left out the crossant rolls that go with.

Ingredients:
1/2lb of ham
1 stalk of broccoli(cut off all the tops, throw stems away)
1 package of kraft shredded Swiss cheese
2 tbs Grey Poupon mustard
1/2 medium onion
Directions:
This works well if you have a food chopper, but if not I suppose a food processor would come in handy because this needs to be chopped up really good. Chop everything: Broccoli tops, Onion and Ham first, and put into a casserole dish(or cooking stone). Mix around evenly. Add mustard, and cheese, and mix again. I saved enough cheese to sprinkle over the top of this. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for about 45-60 min.
I HATE broccoli but I will eat it up if its fixed this way...its a great dish for something different...plus it makes the entire house smell soo good! Enjoy
