Ingredients:

1 Cab Round Steak
1 tablespoon of Frenches Worcestershire Sauce (3 g)
1 glove of Garlic (.661 g)
2 basil leaves (.0434 g)
2 tablespoons of soft crumbled Goat Cheese (.252 g)
2 tablespoons of Mild Olive Oil (0)
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Season beef on both sides with salt & pepper. In a seperate bowl, mix Worcestershine sauce, 1 minced glove of garlic, 2 shredded basil leaves, and 2 table spoons of olive oil. Massage mixture into both sides of steak. After steak is in the pan, sprinkle goat cheese onto the top.

  2. Cook for 25 - 30 minutes.

  3. Side Dish

  4. 5 Asparagus stalks (3.17 g)

  5. Salt

  6. Pepper

  7. 1 tablespoon Worcestershine Sauce (3)

  8. 1 tablespoon Mild Olive Oil (0)

  9. TOTAL: 6.17 grams of Carbs

  10. Season asparagus with salt & pepper. Add Worcestershine Sauce and Olive Oil to frying pan. Add asparagus and cook on very low heat for about 20 minutes or until asparagus is soft.

  11. And I finished it off the dish with a salad -- one cup of Romaine lettuce, a cup of sliced cucumber, a tablespoon of crumbled goat cheese and Ranch dressing! It was excellent

  12. Today is my first day on the Atkins diet. I am by no means a cook. I'm the kind of person who picked up something to eat in the morning, and grabbed something for dinner on the way home. So cooking is like a foreign language to me. However! I put together something tonight for dinner that was absolutely delicious. It was the beginning of my trial and error cooking extravaganza, and it actually came out to be the best thing I've eaten in about 2 months! This meal is good for people who live by themselves and dont need recepies to feed an army
