- I use this for the long pork ribs, not country style.
- I put ribs into a roasting pan, dump 1 can of sauerkraut over the top (juice and all) cover, cook in a 350 oven for 2 to 3 hours. The meat falls off the bone and is great.
- My family HATES sour kraut, but they love the flavor of these ribs. They just scrape off the sour kraut and there are never any ribs left!
- I ,however, love sour kraut so there is my side dish.
