Ask and ye shall receive Feelin The Power This is one of my favorites and filling? Holy cow!! LOL We eat this dinner and I eat left overs for breakfast too. Leave out anything, add anything. It's awesome!

Ingredients:

pepperoni 
sausage 
canadian bacon 
1/2 bell pepper chopped 
5 eggs 
1 cup heavy cream 
2 cups shredded mozarella 
1 cup shredded cheddar 
1/2 cup shredded parmesean 
onion powder 
garlic powder 
salt/pepper to taste
Directions:
  1. How to Prepare:

  2. Cook sausage and cut up pepperoni and bacon. In large bowl, mix eggs, cream, powders, salt and pepper well. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Pour into dish. You may need to spread out the meat. Bake for approx. 40 minutes or till golden brown and when a knife is inserted in middle, it comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes before cutting. This is a basic quiche recipe just done up! Add black olives or even spread a little sugar free pizza sauce on top.
